PRICES

Product prices include VAT and refer to purchases made online. Prices and promotions on our site may change without notice. They are subject to change without however modifying the completed orders.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

Subscription or even partial payment for the products constitutes specific acceptance of the general conditions of sale.

NB Promotional codes are entered on the cart page, in the "discount coupon" field.

You can pay for your purchases with these payment methods:

- Paypal via the secure Paypal server (the most used online payment system)

- Advance bank transfer. The data will be sent automatically via e-mail following confirmation of the order

Please note: by opting for advance bank transfer as a payment method, delivery will be postponed by a few days (up to 3/4 working days, depending on the processing times of your bank). The goods will in fact be processed following successful payment. The order is automatically canceled if payment is not received within 7 days of placing the order.

- Installments via the Paypal service

- Visa, CartaSi or Mastercard credit or rechargeable card via Banca Sella's secure Paypal or Gestpay server

Paying by credit card for your online purchases is completely safe and protected.

This operation is not managed by the Efesto server, but directly by Banca Sella or Paypal.

All personal information and credit card data pass through a secure server with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol to protect your data. When you enter your card details, you will see a padlock appear at the bottom of the browser window, which shows that the site is encrypted, i.e. protected.

The server will verify the credit card number automatically and away from any human eye.

All payment details will be sent via email after making the purchase on the site.

Payments are always considered in advance and the Customer will be allowed to choose one of the payment methods described on the Site.

For customers with a consolidated commercial relationship, other conditions may be agreed. All orders are subject to acceptance by Efesto management.

PRE-SALES

Pre-sales are regulated in the same way as orders as in the previous paragraph; for transparency towards you it is explicitly indicated when you are purchasing a product that will be available at a later date than the order on the site.

In the case of an order composed partly of products ready for immediate delivery and partly of products on pre-sale, the shipment will take place when the entire order is complete for departure from our warehouse therefore, if you want to receive the material available for immediate delivery first and subsequently the pre-sale one, you must necessarily make two separate purchases.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Efesto recognizes the buyer's right of withdrawal.

You can exercise this right within 14 working days of receiving the goods.

The declaration must be sent via the form below.

The right of withdrawal is excluded, pursuant to art.59, letter c) of the Consumer Code, in the case of products made to measure according to the customer's needs.

The return of the goods is the responsibility and expense of the Buyer. The goods must arrive correctly packaged and in the same condition in which they arrived. The Seller reserves the right to reject any product returned unpackaged or in any case in ways other than those specified above.
